When I made my initial call, they took time with me to consider and cater to all of my needs and concerns.
Our home insurance provider has been back and forth with us, giving us the runaround, yet when I asked Prime Roofing to come out a 2nd time to cater to the insurance company, they did not hesitate there either.
Communication is everything you can ask for with Prime and I haven't even gotten to the quality and care of their work.
Jose and his crew went above and beyond when repairing our roof. A little background, when we purchased the house 10 years ago, we were unaware that the valleys and tiles were improperly installed, which caused a few leaks in our roof.
Prime Roofing stripped all the tile, and reinstalled the valleys the correct way. While doing so, Prime once again above and beyond and replaced waterlogged/rotted plywood under the tile.
They even provided multiple payment options to us.
Just incredible service throughout!
